Testing Assistance

The Testing Assistance is a service that is included with the delivery of our hardware and software solutions. Start with the first on-site installation and ends after 2 months since the last installation. Provides the following services:


  • Availability preferential direct response from the Development Team
  • Timely correction of possible malfunctions or bugs
  • Remotely and on-site unlimited testing
  • Continuous training of operators

 

The channels for assistance are:

1. TELEPHONE
During the period of care testing, Tekno Data provides a preferential availability with direct response by the Development Team.

2. VIA E-MAIL
Allows you to contact the Development Team for assistance.

The methods of intervention are:

1. REMOTE
Through remote support our Development Team can check the status of the system and suggest the most appropriate actions. This mode allows for the timely correction of possible malfunctions or bugs, running tests and acceptance tests and training of operators.

2. ON SITE
In the event that the remote assistance can not be decisive, the Development Team operates on-site to diagnose and resolve any anomaly concerning the application and its proper functioning.
